SAFIERR TECH Technology Localization Tracks Speaker Registration Form

SAFIERR Tech 2026 is launching the Technology Localization Tracks initiative — a structured program that extends the impact of the conference beyond the podium and into Syria's ministries, institutions, and organizations.

SAFIERR Tech speakers carry expertise shaped by years of global experience. Syria's institutions face real, sector-specific gaps in technology adoption, capacity, and know-how. This initiative connects the two — matching each speaker's expertise to the sectors that need it most, and turning conference presentations into targeted, on-the-ground workshops.

The tracks follow three phases:

1. Needs assessment — evaluating the current state and gaps within each sector in Syria (health, education, energy, ICT, agriculture, governance, and others). 2. Priorities mapping — identifying the most urgent needs and matching them to available speaker expertise. 3. Workshop delivery — designing and delivering specialized training sessions within the relevant ministries and institutions, either in person or remotely.

This form collects the information we need to match your expertise to the right sector and institution. Your responses will help us understand your field of specialization, the sectors you can contribute to, your availability and logistical needs, and your perspective on the gaps in your sector in Syria today. The SAFIERR Tech team will follow up with you individually to discuss scope, timing, and logistics.
